| Joe and his crew were great! I dropped off my wife's jeep in for an oil change and to check out the brakes. Joe called me back in a timely fashion and explained that to my surprise, the rear brakes needed to be replaced, and the front were fine. I authorized the work which was quoted at a fraction of the price that a dealer would have charged, and it wasn't very long before Joe called me back to pick up the vehicle. The jeep stopped like it was brand new again. This whole experience has left me feeling like I've found a true Gem in the auto industry, reliable, quality work, and fair prices! I will be bringing my pick-up back as soon as possible. On my way home, I noticed that a rattling sound from a loose heat shield which was present when I brought it in, was no longer making noise. I had been meaning to fix the heat shield myself, but had forgot about it since I don't drive that car every day. Joe's crew had taken it upon themselves to fix it! They didn't charge me for it, or even mention it. That was quite impressive! Thank You Very Much and I will be calling you soon for the work on my other car! |

| I took my 2006 BMW X3 for a rear passenger window repair and coolant leak. It was my first time doing business with them and there was a blizzard predicted for the weekend. With the window stuck open, I spoke with Joe directly and he suggested that I leave my car in his shop during the storm. Really grateful for the service and customer relationship. He also looked into the coolant leak and found that the parts leaking were parts that were recently replaced by a different shop when I was living in FL. Thankfully those parts were still under warranty and he didn't charge me for replacing those parts. We ended up replacing the radiator since it was the original factory install and it's already showing wear. The shop is currently monitoring my A/C for follow-up repair. Great doing business with Joe. |

| I found my tires were losing air in the parking lot. But I have to go to work. I call Joe to see if they could help to replace my tires because they were old. They were so nice to pick up the spared key from my house and found my car in the parking lot, brought the car to workshop, replaced the tire, then put it back to the parking lot. I was able to drove home as usual. Your guys really saved my day! Thank you so much for the excellent service! |
