I was not given an estimate.It didn't matter because the car runs great. See you in Sept. for inspection and brakes. Oh, by the way, did you have a good laugh with the pictures I dropped off? |

Minor details can be improved upon; reset switch on husband's Saturn not engaged (known issue with Saturns'....if not reset after oil change, the oil change service light comes on the dash, correct oil to be used should be noted on the invoice. other than that very satisfied with work done to date! Thanks, Joe. |

Went for an oil change and ended up with an estimate for almost $1,600. Ultimately, had $1,100 of work done including brake / rotor, oil, filters... but the tires weren't rotated... |

Brought my car in due to some suspicious noises when I'm idle or running low RPMs. Thought I would see some Garage schpiel about my transmission needing a full whatever and its going to run me so and so (y'know, dealer service specialist speak). Granted I brought the car in between xmas and new year's, it was busy but they were brutally honest about how long it would take for them to even look at it (maybe tomorrow afternoon). Turned out it was some heat shield muffler thing and all they needed to do was staple some loose ends so the rattling would stop. Spent a shade over $50 for their time. I would come here again, but would not recommend to any friends or family (I'm too selfish for that and I don't want them to be any more busy so they can tend to my needs, again so selfish of me) I appreciate the honesty in an industry where the word Lemon became stapled Jargon.
