| Joe was very helpful to me. He scheduled my tire installs and did them right on time. I was happy with the service. I was surprised however that no warranty comes with the tires and was told that none are given. That is disappointing when you pay all that money for a tire and walk out of the store with no hope if anything goes wrong with the tires through no fault of mine. I would hope they would have some kind of mileage expectancy. |
| Shop Comment Michelin Does have a great warranty, they go about it a bit differently. They offer a term warranty. If the tires are properly maintained, the mileage is never an issue as they are some of the longest wearing tires available.
